The team part of the project is usually not convinced because of mistrust, lack of confidence, fear of failure, and unrealistic timelines. It’s the responsibility of the senior management to address any concerns to the team and look forward to transforming the business digitally. There should be continuous dedication from the higher management in digital transformation. 

Rightly Prioritize the 3D Project:  

The organization would have multiple projects, initiatives, and implementations going on at a time. Due to lack of priority, the project results in delayed product deliveries, increased product development costs, compromised product quality, etc. 

A critical factor for a successful 3D digital transformation is to rightly prioritize the project, allocate the resources and assign a dedicated team. Technology adoption is very important for any organization. When companies fail to adopt, the software implementation also fails. Additionally, when an individual designer is working with 3D software, then he will be tangled in his own thoughts and processes. Hence, he will not explore more about the technology and its applications.  

A team of designers is always better than an individual designer. It is because everyone in the team can analyze 3D implementation to understand its pros and cons. Also, companies should conduct period reviews, Knowledge sharing sessions, sessions to share tips/tricks, fun competitions that enhance team collaboration, encourage problem-solving and improve productivity in the team.
